The connector

Your record, in your assistant's hands — by yours.

What it is

A small open server for Claude Desktop that reads the folder ampulse keeps current: nights with raw beat intervals, sessions with R-R, heart rate, power and GPS, your measured AeT/LT2 anchors, training load as open math. Fifteen tools, all read-only, every answer carrying its quality receipt.

Install

In ampulse, link a folder under Settings → Connect Your AI — an iCloud Drive folder reaches your Mac by itself. Then, on the Mac: download ampulse.mcpb, double-click, and pick that folder when Claude Desktop asks. That is the whole setup.

Where your data goes

The server runs on your machine and reads your files. What reaches Claude is what you ask for in a chat, visible in the conversation — there is no account with us, no relay, no server of ours anywhere in the path. Delete the extension and the path is gone.

Other assistants

Every export works everywhere: the AI dossier is one Markdown file — drop it into ChatGPT or any assistant and it reasons over the same record. The connector adds live questioning on top, for Claude Desktop today.

Requirements

Claude Desktop on macOS or Windows, and an ampulse folder with at least one night in it. The connector is free and open; the record it reads is yours.
